How we collect information
Anonymous information is collected for every visitor to our site by our server, including pages visited, date and time, browser type, etc. This does not include any personal information about you. We do not use cookies to collect information of any kind other than the last state of our interactive services when you left the site. So for example the contents of a shopping cart may be saved but this is not linked in any way to your personal details.It is a there as a convenience.

When you send us an email, we will use the information you provide, to respond to your questions or comments. This information will never be shared with third parties or affiliated companies.

Surveys, competitions and free services
We will sometimes offer surveys, competitions or free services on our sites. Unless otherwise expressly indicated at the point where your personal information is being entered, we will never use your personal information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties or affiliated companies. The personal information you provide to us for surveys, competitions or free services will only be used for the purpose it was collected for.

Any personal information you provide to us will be stored on an internal database that is only accessible to our privacy officer. This database is not accessible to the Internet, and will never be made available to third parties or affiliated companies

Changing your information
If you would like to see what information we are holding on you, or to update, change it or request that it be deleted, please email our privacy officer at info@meerlust.co.za, providing enough information for us to accurately identify you in our database.
